About the role

As our Amazon Experience Manager, you’ll own how Dyson shows up on Amazon across multiple European markets. You’ll launch new products, shape digital campaigns, and make sure every detail—image, copy, feature—sings with Dyson’s quality. This isn’t routine content management. You’re setting the pace, telling our story where millions shop, ensuring Dyson is the standout choice every time.

What you’ll do:

  • Curate and Elevate: Own Dyson’s brand presence on Amazon—craft product stories, perfect imagery, and make every update count.
  • Drive Launch Excellence: Lead launches and campaigns, localising assets and ensuring everything’s on point and on time.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Amazon teams, agencies, and partners across EMEA to move fast and solve smart.
  • Champion Quality: Run regular audits—spot issues before they’re noticed, ensuring every listing is sharp, accurate, and true to Dyson standards.
  • Trailblaze Features: Test and roll out the latest merchandising tools, keeping Dyson one step ahead.
  • Think Like a Customer: Validate every update with a shopper’s eye—if the experience isn’t excellent, it’s not finished.
  • Solve Fast: Troubleshoot quickly, working with internal IT and retailers to fix issues and keep things moving.

About you

  • You get digital retail: Hands-on marketplace experience (Amazon, Vendor/Seller Central, AMS) with a nose for what sells online.
  • Data excites you: You pick up new tools (AEM, Magento, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) easily and turn insight into action.
  • You’re customer-obsessed: Every detail is about elevating the shopper’s journey.
  • Agile and energised: Deadlines, shifting priorities, fast launches—this is your pace.
  • Meticulous: You care as much about perfect copy as you do about the next big launch.
  • Collaborative: Energised by working with diverse teams and partners.
  • Multilingual: Fluent English is essential; extra languages are a plus.
