Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Workflow Optimization: Establish and optimize pre-sales SOPs across all channels to boost inquiry-to-order conversion rates through standardized scripts.

  • Team Training & Performance Management: Responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and vocational training; develop a scientific KPI framework focused on response speed, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge Base Maintenance: Regularly update the brand’s product knowledge base and FAQ; refine selling points and objection-handling techniques to ensure the team reflects the brand’s professional tone.

  • Customer Insight & Feedback: Analyze recurring pre-sales inquiries and generate regular reports to provide actionable insights for product R&D, livestream content optimization, and marketing adjustments.

  • Agency Management: Manage external customer service providers (if applicable) by monitoring service quality, aligning goals, and conducting compliance audits.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless experience during major promotions.

  • Data-Driven Growth: Monitor key conversion funnels via data dashboards to identify drop-off points; optimize efficiency through tools.

 

 

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, pre-sales, customer service, or e-commerce sales support, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team management skills.

  • Proven experience in pre-sales conversion management, inquiry-to-order optimization, or online sales support.
