About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded talent to support the development and execution of our new category strategy. In this highly collaborative role, you will be the operational core of the brand team, translating local market insights into actionable plans, coordinating with global counterparts and local teams to drive category growth and new product launch.
Job Description:
Strategy & Planning Support
Conduct in-depth category market analysis and competitor research to identify product opportunities and local market trends.
Assist the line manager in developing category strategy, range architecture, and pricing plans based on a deep understanding of the category.
Support the annual planning process and budget management, including SAP operation for spending tracking.
Execute tactical initiatives in alignment with marketing strategy to drive share growth and achieve sales targets.
Communication & Campaign Execution
Support the development of local communication strategies and collaborate with Global and local cross-functional teams on campaign execution.
Brief creative and messaging agencies, coordinate media and social buying, and assist in creative production to bring campaigns to life.
Work productively with external partners (media agencies, creative partners) and internal stakeholders (PR, media, in-store, sales teams) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Track and review the effectiveness and efficiency of media and social spending, extracting key insights from campaign performance.
Business Performance & Data Management
Monitor daily category sales and new product development (NPD) performance, providing quick reactions to business fluctuations.
Manage data sources across market trends, product performance, competitor activity, advertising effectiveness, and sales figures.
Maintain regular contact with external suppliers across creative, media, legal, product, and research functions.
Team Collaboration
Guide cross-functional teams on product communication messaging, always ensuring alignment with product truth and brand strategy.
Assist the line manager in monitoring brand and product profitability.
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review decks.
Maintain regular 1:1 catch-ups with the line manager to review recent performance and results.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or category management. Experience in home appliances is a plus.

Passion for product development and technology
Fluency in both written English and verbal communication skills.
