Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the content roadmap for Douyin store livestream based on the sales plan provided by channel sales, covering all content-related touchpoints (livestream, short videos, visual assets, campaign integration).
• Work closely with the DP team to plan, produce, and review Qianchuan short video creatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and ad performance goals.
• Manage livestream host scripts and host talent: build and optimize script frameworks, participate in host selection/training/scheduling, and ensure hosts deliver consistent brand messaging and compliance.
• Oversee livestream set decoration and all visual materials, maintain version control and brand consistency.
• Act as the content bridge for brand campaigns: translate brand campaign briefs (new product launches, platform mega sales, seasonal events) into actionable livestream content plans, including short videos, live scripts, visual elements, and host talking points.
• Collect and analyze content-side performance data and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of meeting daily work communication needs.
• At least 5Y+ years of experience in the E-commerce industry; priority will be given to candidates with relevant Douyin eMKT experience.
• Have basic knowledge of the Douyin ecosystem and the business model of livestreaming.
• Possess certain organizational coordination and project support capabilities, and be able to assist in completing assigned tasks.
• Have good cross-departmental communication awareness and be able to collaborate efficiently to advance work.
• Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, able to complete work tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed.
