About the role

  • Drive commercial success by understanding the market, consumer, influencers, competitors, and retail customers in the category 

  • Analyze customer and consumer data to identify category growth opportunities, feed consumer insights back into our plans and campaign execution.

  • Conduct in-depth competitive and market analysis to define strategy and maintain the brand's competitiveness in its market.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans in the category to drive sales growth, market share and improve brand image. 

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for the category and provide marketing and product innovation (NPD) launch strategies: 360° NPD launch plans by working together with cross-functional teams

  • In charge of campaign development: management of the creative brief for the adaptation of marketing assets according to the needs of the media and retail teams, proofreading and compliance with EMEA and Group guidelines, coordination with the legal teams.  

  • In charge of analyzing the business and its key indicators (KPIs) to stimulate the growth of the category: volumes, growth margin, product mix, sell-in, sell-out.

  • Defend the category internally, advocating for its value and business potential to various stakeholders. 

  • Manage category Brand Building Investment (BBI) working closely with Head of Marketing and other budget holders.

  • Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed.

About You 

  • To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:  

  • At least four years of experience in product or brand marketing for a Direct To Consumers (D2C) company, ideally with experience in a electronic goods or personal care products. 

  • Bac+5 in Marketing  

  • Experience managing campaigns, including translating assets, coordinating with legal teams, and managing relationships with external partners to ensure quality and timely deliverables. 

  • Solid knowledge of traditional and digital media. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Commercial acumen to understand the impact of the income statement and effectively achieve category objectives. 

  • Ability to use creativity to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. 

  • Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Able to manage multiple complex and multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills. 

  • Analytical mind with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for business growth. 

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the changing pace of the business environment. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. 

  • Fluency in English essential (B2 minimum) and fluency in French.
