We are looking for logical, detail-oriented individuals interested in marketing technology to join the Global Customer Retention team as Campaign Specialists.
A key objective in the Customer function is to grow Customer Love. We do this by supporting owners throughout their entire ownership lifecycle. From the moment a customer registers their machine, we engage them with purpose. This includes onboarding, maintenance and cleaning tips and recommendations to enhance their experience with S&A. CRM is a primary channel to deliver these experiences.
Requirements
You do not need previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; training is provided. The ideal candidate is interested in working at the intersection of marketing and technology, enjoys solving problems, takes accuracy seriously and approaches tasks with a systematic and logical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute digital campaigns across email, SMS, mobile, and other channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Assist in managing customer data and targeting to ensure campaigns are delivered to the right audiences
- Collaborate with Markets in localizing and setting up of campaign automations.
- Work with Product teams and IT to define and rollout new capabilities.
- Support reporting needs and campaign optimization with retention and analytics team members

Desirable but Not Required
- Any experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, or scripting languages.
- Experience creating guides, instructions, or support material
