About the Role

The objective of the Direct Retail Sales Executive's is to synchronize customer demand forecasting with strategic sales plans to ensure optimal inventory health and robust sales performance. The role demands a high degree of analytical thinking, requiring the ability to solve emerging challenges by creatively adapting established methodologies and contributing to the continuous optimization of internal processes.

Operating with a significant level of autonomy within a defined framework, the Direct Retail Sales Executive will manage interlinked tasks that require a deep understanding of departmental dependencies. This position serves as a vital communication bridge, translating complex data and operational insights across internal teams and external partnerships.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-

  • Understand overall business plan and business priorities for Department Store Channel

  • To deliver yearly quarterly, monthly business target

  • Ensure to achieve sales target and profitability target for dedicated channel

  • Daily sales report and weekly, Top23 store report sales report

  • Weekly & monthly sales report to understand risks and opportunities

  • GWP and SNA management

  • Manage inventory and order process for department store channel   

  • Closely monitor promotion and GWP execution 

  • Consignment inventory management

  • Demonstrate a high level of retail execution to deliver premium experience to consumer

  • Excel execution of any retail activation in offline channel to secure Dyson position as a premium retail in Department store

  • Make sure all stores are up to date for the key launches and promotions

  • Support the store opening/renovation

  • Asset management for the NPD & promotions

  • Various official documents, store support (ordering supplies and business cards), monthly store schedule

  • Expert target incentive management

Previous skills & experience:-

  • 3 years of Retail Sales Experience in Korea

  • Collaborative, efficient and authentic

  • Good in communication; internal, cross-functional, and external

  • Fluent in English and Native in Korean

  • Computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
