Role Overview
At Dyson, we don’t follow convention, we engineer new ones.
As Lead Livestream & Content Expert, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance across live commerce channels through high-impact livestream execution and structured content creation.
This role leads by example in livestream sales delivery, campaign execution, and performance optimisation, while contributing to content strategy, affiliate enablement, and studio excellence.
The role combines strong on-camera presence with operational ownership to maximise revenue, improve conversion performance, and strengthen platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Livestream
Lead and host high-performing livestream sessions across ecommerce platforms
Drive revenue through structured selling frameworks, bundle positioning, and promotional sequencing
Take ownership of GMV targets, conversion rate, and average order value
Anchor key campaign periods and major platform sale days
Maintain strong audience engagement and brand representation
2. Live Performance Optimisation
Review post-live performance data and identify improvement areas
Refine selling scripts, hooks, and objection-handling techniques
Improve demo flow and time allocation within livestream sessions
Share best practices with team members to uplift overall live quality
3. Content & Asset Development
Extraction and creation of high-performing short-form clips from livestream sessions
Demo library development for product showcases and affiliate support
Ensure content output aligns with campaign priorities and commercial goals
Contribute to improving content formats that increase platform engagement
4. Affiliates & Guest Streamers Enablement
Support affiliate livestream preparation with product insights and demo direction
5. Studio & Operational Excellence
Ensure studio readiness, demo quality, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
Identify opportunities to improve demo execution and technical setup
Maintain discipline in reporting, performance tracking, and asset organisation
Skills & Experience
Strong commercial selling capability in live environments
Confident on-camera presence
Ability to analyse live performance data and adjust execution
Basic video editing and content production capability
High accountability and ownership mindset
Comfortable operating in campaign-driven and performance-focused environment
