The Retail Production & Roll‑out Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end production, rollout, and delivery of retail fixtures, and NPD programs across Direct and Indirect doors. The role ensures on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑brand execution, acting as the bridge between global design, regional markets, vendors, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary market-facing contact for production and rollout across Direct and 3P retail.
  • Lead market calls covering PO status, production progress, delivery timelines, and rollout plans.
  • Gather and translate market feedback into actionable improvements and risk mitigation.

2. Production, Roll‑out & Project Delivery

  • Deliver NPD launches, major change programs, and fixture transformations from concept to installation.
  • Manage project WIP, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively controlled.
  • Validate NPD rollout readiness and ensure execution meets design intent and functional requirements.
  • Oversee door tracking, installations, and snagging closure with vendors and markets. 

3. Vendor, Supplier & Tender Management

  • Lead vendor management across all fixture suppliers, including rollout, install, and snagging.
  • Support global-to-regional tenders in alignment with Procurement.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and quarterly business reviews to drive performance. 

4. Budget, Forecasting & Cost Control

  • Own regional budget planning, quarterly/annual forecasts, and order window planning.
  • Drive cost savings and cost avoidance through supplier negotiation, value engineering, and install optimisation.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines. 

5. Design, Engineering & Fixture Systems

  • Review and translate global retail designs into regionally executable solutions.
  • Manage bespoke fixture development (2D/3D support) for specific retailers or markets.
