About the Role 

As Global Head of Commercial Refurb, you’ll steer and support Dyson’s Sustainable Sales channel strategy across our markets. You’ll interpret and implement Dyson’s regional strategy, adapt to market changes, and coordinate tailored plans for each market where needed. Your charge: build a robust, profitable, and sustainable channel portfolio—helping Dyson deliver on its sustainability promises while growing the business. 

You’ll play a pivotal role at the center of our sustainable growth. 

This role can be located in either Malmesbury, UK or Singapore. Other location may be considered.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: 
    Drive new Sustainable Sales channel entry projects—build business cases, create commercial frameworks, lead operational design, map networks, and set standards across store design and customer experience. 

  • Regional Collaboration: 
    Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Communications—to launch and optimize regional plans. 

  • Market Partnership: 
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with local markets. Guide markets as they evolve their portfolio and adapt strategies to local needs, accounting for cultural and commercial differences. 

  • Insight & Analysis: 
    Conduct rigorous commercial and strategic analysis—market trends, competition, business models, and financial drivers. Use analytical frameworks to shape and adapt strategy in partnership with the Regional & Global Leadership. 

  • Performance Monitoring: 
    Define, track, and report on KPIs. Optimize channel performance by sharing insights, monitoring project journeys, and implementing best practices across regions. 

  • Business Case Leadership: 
    Lead and co-ordinate business case development. Ensure proposals are robust, aligned with core teams, and thoroughly prepared for Dyson approval forums. 

  • Post-Launch Excellence: 
    Partner with stakeholders to monitor, review, and optimise projects after launch, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact. 

About You 

  • Proven commercial lead experience—ideally with refurbished or sustainable products in multinational settings. 

  • Strong strategic mindset: Able to analyse market and business dynamics, spot opportunities, and translate findings into actionable plans. 

  • Exceptional collaborator: Experience working across functions and geographies, with high cultural awareness and adaptability. 

  • Analytical and results-driven: Skilled in defining and monitoring commercial KPIs and distilling insights into business improvements. 

  • Clear communicator: Able to bring strategy to life for diverse audiences and gain buy-in across all levels.
