About the role

As Junior Trading Activation Manager in the market, you’ll play a key role in transforming our online commercial plans into on-site reality. You’ll manage the tactical trading actions, drive our promotions and price changes, and adapt our site experience every day to match commercial priorities and market dynamics. Working with stakeholders across teams and markets, you’ll blend analytics, precision, and creativity to help grow Dyson’s direct online business. 

Cross-Functional Bridge Between Trading & Content Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the eCommerce Trading team, categories and Global Content Operations teams responsible for building New Product Developments (NPDs) and launching site enhancements.
  • Translate trading requirements into clear, actionable briefs for content, development, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate activation.
  • Ensure full alignment between global roadmaps and local trading priorities.

Project Management & Execution of Trading Changes

  • Act as project manager for all trading-related changes, coordinating delivery across internal teams and external vendor partners.
  • Own timelines, dependencies, and execution plans to ensure on-time and high-quality deployment of updates.
  • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, driving resolutions to maintain momentum and business impact.

Merchandising Excellence & Website Activation

  • Execute trade merchandising changes on priority websites, ensuring they reflect best‑in‑class execution and brand standards.
  • Set clear benchmarks and examples for Trading Executives and external vendor partners to replicate across other markets or sites.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and commercial effectiveness of onsite merchandising throughout the customer journey.

Pricing Governance & Accuracy

  • Act as the guardian of pricing on owned websites, ensuring pricing accuracy, compliance, and consistency with trading and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and validate pricing changes, promotional setups, and discount mechanics to prevent execution errors.

About you

  • Hands-on experience in E-Commerce, Trading, or Digital Merchandising - ideally within a consumer or technology-driven environment. 
  • Project management skills with Ability to build, own, and maintain clear delivery timelines.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented - comfortable analysing numbers, spotting trends, and acting on insight. 
  • Fast-moving, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities. 
  • Strong cross-team communicator - confident managing relationships with Trade, Finance, IT, and category teams. 
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their projects and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. 
  • Working knowledge of site merchandising, promo tools, CMS, and basic SEO is desirable. 
  • Experience in Magento 
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English. 
  • Local language expertise : Czech, Slovak or Lithuanian is preferred
