Global Supply Chain - Sustaining Operation manage entire Malaysia Contract Manufacturer Operational activities encompassing demand loading and capacity management across products complexity from Sub-Assemblies to Finish Good production. Aside, the team manage Start Of Production, Volume Ramps, Products Transfer and Delivery fulfilment and Change Management.
About the role
Responsible for collaborating with contract manufacturers to develop and implement a robust, systematic approach towards inventory reporting and monitoring—specifically for materials such as plastic components, external CM support parts and consigned (DDM) stocks. Design and roll out standardize processes for tracking inventory levels, usage, and movement across all partner sites.
Key activities include conducting regular audits or develop a more robust method at each contract manufacturer to identify and resolve critical (CTB) challenges, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and optimal stock management.
By driving these initiatives, we could enhanced transparency, reduce discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in supply chain integrity.
