About Dyson

At Dyson we believe everything could be better. Fuelled by a frustration with things that don’t work properly and a relentless obsession with making them work better, we’ve spent the last 25 years pioneering inventions and continually improving.

We’re growing fast. And our ambition is huge. But it’s not simply about more people and more profit. Dyson is all about better ideas and new technologies. It’s about inventing the future.

Our philosophy remains the same as it was 25 years ago when James Dyson invented the first cyclonic vacuum cleaner. We remain family-owned. We don’t bow to outside shareholders or report to the stock exchange. Instead we plot our own path, unshackled from conventional thinking.

About the role

As our Global Performance Media Manager, you will drive the planning, execution and optimisation of Dyson's performance media activity across Global Markets — with Paid Search at the core, supported by Paid Social and Affiliates.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Traffic & Acquisition, you will drive the day-to-day performance of our lower-funnel channels, ensuring activity is best-in-class, efficient, and consistently executed across markets. You will translate global strategy into market-ready execution, and act as the expert consumers' path to purchase depends on.

You will lead our key agency and partner relationships — including Omnicom, Google and Adthena — holding them to Dyson's standards, KPIs and ambitions. You will also lead coordination with our See/Think media teams, ensuring our lower-funnel activity is aligned with upper- and mid-funnel brand activations for a coherent full-funnel approach.

This role suits someone who combines deep functional expertise with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. You will be equally comfortable interrogating a bid strategy, presenting performance insight to senior stakeholders, and coaching market teams to raise their game.

Main responsibilities

  • Own global Paid Search performance — strategy, execution standards, optimisation and reporting — partnering closely with markets and agencies to drive ROAS and revenue growth
  • Support Paid Social and Affiliates activity, ensuring alignment to global standards and identifying opportunities to scale
  • Lead key partner relationships (Omnicom, Google, Adthena), driving accountability, innovation and access to alpha/beta capabilities
  • Coordinate with See/Think media teams to ensure full-funnel alignment between brand activations and conversion-focused activity
  • Establish and maintain the global view of performance reporting vs KPI, delivering clear insight and actionable recommendations to markets and leadership
  • Undertake ongoing analysis and optimisation across campaigns; design and measure media experiments in partnership with agencies
  • Champion data quality and measurement standards — including tracking, attribution, shopping feeds and conversion data — to ensure decisions are built on reliable foundations
  • Use industry and competitor intelligence to inform activity and assess the potential of new capabilities and emerging techniques
  • Capture and scale best practice across markets, playing a pivotal role in the education and adoption of the eCommerce media framework

About you

  • Have proven digital marketing experience (5+ years) in paid digital media; search, programmatic and social
  • Strong experience managing agencies in a performance-driven environment
  • Demonstrable strategic & analytical capabilities
  • Constantly look for opportunities to use data to improve performance
  • Surface insights and learnings to share with the business
  • Drive forward digital initiatives to deliver improvements in productivity
  • Fluency in English; additional language(s) is an advantage.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, a bias for action, low ego, and the ability to operate at pace.
