About the role

This is full time, permanent position, based in Singapore, working 40.25 hours per week.

As Personal Assistant to the Chief People Officer, you will provide proactive, trusted support that enables the CPO to focus on Dyson’s global people priorities. Operating at the centre of a fast-moving international function, you will anticipate requirements, exercise sound judgement and create clarity across a complex schedule, inbox and stakeholder network.

You will:

  • Own a complex Outlook diary, understanding priorities and making informed decisions about meeting requests, delegation and scheduling.
  • Plan ahead for changing priorities, resolving diary conflicts and ensuring the CPO has the time, context and information needed for critical decisions.
  • Manage a high-volume inbox, prioritising correspondence, taking appropriate action and drafting clear, audience-appropriate responses.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefings, research and documentation for leadership meetings, external engagements and key decisions.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, venues, facilities and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visa requirements and expenses.
  • Coordinate leadership inputs for reports, projects and meetings, tracking actions and escalations through to resolution.
  • Support People leadership events and maintain secure access to relevant collaboration platforms, while handling sensitive information with complete discretion.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience providing personal assistant, executive assistant or senior administrative support in a dynamic organisation.
  • A proven ability to manage a demanding diary and inbox, anticipate requirements and respond quickly when priorities change.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail, with the confidence to balance multiple competing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement and confidence making decisions on behalf of a senior leader within agreed parameters.
  • A discreet, diplomatic and professional approach to confidential and highly sensitive information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, with the initiative to identify and implement improvements to ways of working.
  • Experience supporting an Executive Committee or similarly senior leader.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones.
  • Project coordination, reporting or analytical experience.
