About us
Dyson Singapore is currently looking for a Process Technician to be based in our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing facility located in Pioneer to support our automated manufacturing lines.
About the role
Monitor the production line performance (e.g. yield, quality checks) and work closely with cross functional teams to sustain the performance.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and root-cause investigation during high rejections and non-conformance incidents in the production lines

Support engineers in resolving daily production issues and continuous improvement activities.
Carry out engineering builds and trials according to defined procedures.
Perform basic defect checks and process verification as guided.
Record process data and observations accurately and on time.
Contribute to simple process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Provide on-the-job training to operators based on work instructions.
Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organised work area (5S).
About you
At least 3 years of work experience in an automated line environment.
ITC or Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – minimum requirement.
Willing to work on shifts and perform overtime, where required.
Ability to distinguish between coloured wires, signals, indicators, or labels, which is required and critical for safe performance of duties.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines and equipment.
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with data analysis tools (e.g. JMP, Minitab) is an advantage.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Able to work independently while following quality and safety standards.
Detail-oriented and disciplined in following procedures.
