About the role
Our team in Kildare Village is often the very first encounter visitors have with the Dyson brand. In a high‑footfall, tourism‑driven environment, creating a memorable first impression is essential. Here, every interaction matters—not simply to drive sales, but to shape a remarkable experience that begins a long‑lasting relationship with Dyson.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise: Become a trusted authority on Dyson technology. Understand each product’s features and benefits, and confidently explain how they meet the needs of a diverse, international customer base.
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly and provide tailored, personable advice—understanding that Kildare Village visitors often value premium service, efficient interactions, and multi‑language or culturally aware support.
Sales & Demonstrations: Deliver immersive product demonstrations that capture attention in a fast‑paced retail setting. Showcase Dyson’s unique engineering to inspire excitement and drive informed purchase decisions.
Store Presentation: Maintain a visually stunning store environment aligned with the high standards expected in Kildare Village. Ensure displays are engaging, accessible, and representative of Dyson’s elevated brand presence.
Stock Management: Monitor stock levels closely to meet the demands of both planned visits and spontaneous high‑volume tourist traffic. Assist with replenishment and quickly report discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues and Bicester Village retail partners to create a cohesive, best‑in‑class customer journey from entry to purchase.
