About the role
A Dyson Retail Expert is more than a salesperson. You are a technology enthusiast and brand ambassador who relishes the opportunity to educate, inspire and create a memorable experience for every customer.
Based in Harrods, you will transform the retail space into an engaging theatre—demonstrating the magic behind Dyson technology and clearly articulating why our products are pioneers in their field. Frequently, you will be the very first point of contact customers have with Dyson, making each interaction about more than a transaction; it’s about starting a journey with our brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product expertise – Build deep knowledge of Dyson technology, features and benefits, and communicate this with clarity and simplicity to help customers make informed decisions.
- Customer engagement – Welcome and engage customers with confidence and warmth, listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales and demonstrations – Actively demonstrate Dyson products, showcasing performance, design and engineering to drive excitement and sales.
- Store presentation – Maintain a premium, clean and visually compelling environment with products displayed to Dyson standards.
- Stock management – Support stock control, replenishment and reporting to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Teamwork – Work collaboratively with colleagues and retail partners to deliver a seamless, best‑in‑class customer experience.
About you
You are passionate about cutting‑edge technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You enjoy engaging conversations, thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and take pride in representing a premium brand.
You may already have experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑facing roles, but more importantly you bring energy, curiosity and ambition. You are comfortable demonstrating products, adapting your approach to different customers, and consistently delivering service that reflects Dyson’s standards.

Working policy
This role is based in store at Harrods, London, working 35 hours per week. Flexibility is expected to meet retail trading hours, including weekends and peak periods.
