About the role
The Revenue Performance Head is responsible for translating global portfolio, category, and revenue strategies into operational frameworks that drive consistency, commercial discipline, and market impact. Operating at the intersection of strategy, commercial performance, and cross‑functional execution, this role strengthens how global priorities are delivered through structured processes, robust business cases, and strong global‑to‑local alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the Global Revenue Performance team and Business Units to shape category strategies.
- Ensure that market, category, and competitive insights are synthesized into actionable guidance.
- Lead operating rhythms, governance forums, and cross‑functional alignment on launch sequencing, category priorities, and commercial decisions.
- Act as a central integrator across BU, Finance, Supply Chain, and Market teams.
- Oversee the development of market-informed business cases, financial assumptions, and prioritization recommendations.
- Support the shaping of global launch calendars and identifying market prioritization.
- Ensure markets are aligned on launch readiness requirements, timelines, and execution quality expectations.
- Review integrated GTM plans, ensuring they reflect consistent global standards and strategic intent.
- Drive continuous improvement in launch playbooks and commercial guardrails.
- Ensure sell‑in materials are insight‑driven, compelling, and aligned to customer expectations.
- Strengthen readiness for key customer moments across channels and markets.
- Oversee monthly performance reviews and elevate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Identify structural drivers of performance and partner with the team to update portfolio strategies.
- Translate global range strategy into actionable frameworks to operationalize with markets.
- Provide oversight on PIPO planning, ensuring decisions improve lifecycle health, margin, and complexity control.
- Support markets in aligning retailer range architectures and channel-specific needs.
About You
- 12+ years of experience in revenue management, category management, or commercial strategy within FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
- Proven track record in product launch planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, pricing strategy, and performance tracking.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in performance analytics tools.
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
