The Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions, with the goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.
Reporting to the Order to Cash Operations Manager, the Sales Order Processing Analyst manages the end-to-end order flow for customer orders.
Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing:
• Oversee all aspects of sales order processing, from order entry to invoicing.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders in the system.
Coordination with Teams:
• Liaise with sales representatives, logistics, and local SOP market teams to ensure stock availability and delivery schedules are met.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues related to order processing.
Customer Service:
• Address customer enquiries and order-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage order adjustments, cancellations, and refunds when necessary.
Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline the order management process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales order metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales order processing, customer operations, or a related role.
• Fluent in Japanese, with working proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of SAP systems for sales order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A can-do attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and with virtual teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with high-volume activities and changing priorities.
