Purpose
Lead the design, development, and deployment of globally scalable marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Serve as the go-to SFMC expert—empowering teams, shaping best practices, and driving world-class customer engagement on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Campaign Design & Development
- Architect, build, and design advanced, multi-market campaigns across SFMC channels (email, SMS, push, social, etc.).
- Develop frameworks and templates that ensure campaign scalability and localization across regions.
- Integrate with other global marketing platforms as needed for seamless execution.
- Thought Leadership & SME Responsibilities
- Set best practices and standards for campaign design, delivery, and measurement worldwide.
- Stay on top of SFMC innovation, ensuring Dyson leverages the latest capabilities and industry trends.
- Team Enablement & Training
- Train, mentor, and guide campaign specialists and local market teams on SFMC tools, workflows, and processes.
- Build and maintain step-by-step guides, training material, and operational documentation to upskill teams at scale.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Analytics to monitor, report on, and optimize global campaign performance.
- Use insights to fuel a cycle of testing and improvement—ensuring Dyson campaigns are always a step ahead.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Work with Retention Strategy, Product Owners, IT, and Analytics to deliver seamless customer journeys and unlock new SFMC capabilities.
- Guide data pipeline integration to empower richer targeting, personalization, and reporting.
- Operational Support
- Act as the first line resource for escalations, troubleshooting, and technical issues in SFMC.
- Raise support tickets and act as a liaison to IT/Product teams to resolve platform challenges.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on SFMC experience, including global campaign architecture, development, and execution.
- Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-region campaigns with high complexity and performance.
- Deep experience in building advanced automations, journeys, audience segmentation, and data integration within SFMC.
- Skilled at training and mentoring campaign specialists and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer at all organizational levels.
- Obsessive attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality.
Technical Skills
- Must Have: AMPscript, SQL, HTML
- Good to Have: RESTful API, MC Connector, JavaScript
