Contract Type: 6‑Month Maternity Cover
The Senior Analyst, CRO Office provides critical operational and strategic support to the Manager, CRO Office in ensuring continuity of core operating cadences, executive presentation deliveries, and smooth coordination across key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Global Revenue Functions, Managing Directors and Finance to ensure cross-function synergies and timely delivery of all milestones.
Key responsibilities:
Operating Cadence & Reporting:
- Global Revenue Operating System: Support Line Manager in the maintenance of the operating system, ensuring all tools (Global Revenue Calendar, Master Templates, CRO Office SharePoint hub) are accurate, up to date, and accessible so that Markets, Channels, and Global Revenue Functions have clarity on the deliverables required (timelines, content requirements, templates).
- Weekly Sales CEO Pre‑read: Partner with Finance and Global Revenue Functions to support Line Manager in timely and accurate delivery of the CEO pre-read, a weekly strategic recap.
- SISOTS (Sell-in, Sell-out, Trade stock): Support Line Manager in monthly coordination with the SISOTS Community and Global Revenue Analytics & Insights team, to provide clarity on data sources, submission process & templates, ensuring Markets understand the Trade Stock & Weeks of Coverage projections methodology, submission requirements, and drive Markets adoption of SISOTS as the single source of truth in Business plan reporting.
Board Papers & Meetings preparation:
- Support Line Manager in the monthly ‘business as usual’ Board Paper preparation, synthesizing insights from weekly Market outlook commentaries of the past month to draft a Board-friendly narrative of top‑line performance (volume, profit, key drivers & corrective actions) ready for Managing Directors and Global Revenue Channel Leads to sign-off.
- Support Line Manager in the Board meetings preparation, ensuring content from Managing Directs and Function Leads are framed within the appropriate strategic narrative and format in line with Board Secretary guidelines.
Global Forums & Events preparation:
- Support Line Manager in the deck preparation and event coordination for bi‑monthly townhalls. Responsibilities include agenda shaping, content development with Markets and Global Revenue Functions, and coordinating with Comms & IT to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
- Support Line Manager in slide preparation for café briefings and any other relevant business updates, meetings, events where applicable
Quarterly Business Plan Review:
- Support Line Manager in ensuring Markets are clear on the template, submission timeline and requirements. Provide proactive and autonomous support on the global consolidation of Market packs and facilitate follow‑up on key actions and next steps across Finance, Markets, and Global Revenue Functions.

- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including Think Cell), strong command of Word in narrative building and business paper writing

- Confident in engaging with Senior leaders on various topics to drive alignment & feedback
