Role Overview
As the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will be a key member of the Global Data, Advanced Analytics & AI Leadership Team, responsible for defining and executing the enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy that enables data-driven decision making across the organisation.
You will provide strategic leadership across analytics, reporting, insight generation, KPI governance, and self-service analytics capabilities while partnering closely with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI can accelerate business growth, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
As a senior leader, you will help shape the future direction of the Data, Advanced Analytics & AI function, contribute to organisational strategy, build high-performing teams, and champion a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence, influence senior stakeholders globally, and inspire teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
• Define and execute the Business Intelligence & Analytics vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Contribute to the overall direction, priorities, and success of the function.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap that advances analytics maturity, self-service capabilities, and AI-enabled insights across the organisation.
• Ensure investments in analytics deliver measurable business value and align with strategic priorities.
Enterprise Influence & Executive Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders on business performance, analytics strategy, and data-driven decision making.
• Influence decision making at all levels through compelling insight storytelling and evidence-based recommendations.
• Build strong partnerships across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer functions.
• Represent the Data, Advanced Analytics & AI function in leadership forums, steering committees, and executive discussions.
Leadership of People and Culture
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Business Intelligence and Analytics professionals.
• Create an environment that encourages innovation, ownership, healthy challenge, continuous learning, and collaboration.

• Lead enterprise reporting, dashboarding, scorecards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Ensure delivery of trusted, timely, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision making.
• Drive analytics initiatives that identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and risk mitigation strategies.
AI-Enabled Analytics
• Identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI can enhance business insight generation and decision making.
• Collaborate with Data Product Management, Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI Engineering teams to deliver AI-powered analytics solutions.
• Ensure responsible and ethical adoption of AI capabilities while maintaining trust and transparency.
Data Governance & Quality
• Promote trusted, governed, and high-quality data as the foundation of analytics and AI.
• Partner with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering teams to improve data quality, accessibility, consistency, and lineage.
• Establish standards and controls to ensure integrity of business reporting and analytics outputs.
Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic challenges and identify opportunities for analytics-driven value creation.
• Prioritise analytics investments and initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale analytics and reporting functions.
• Significant experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change, transformation, and adoption of data-driven ways of working.
• Experience leveraging AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI capabilities to enhance business performance is highly desirable.
