As our Senior Category Manager, with the support of the Beauty Lead, you will:
Supporting the Beauty Lead on NPD launches, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and aligning commercial activation plans with key retail partners to ensure timely execution.
Developing brand communication strategies, ensuring clear brand differentiation, visibility, and superiority both in-market and within key accounts.
Developing and executing integrated marketing and trading plans to drive sell-out, share gains, and brand equity; collaborating with cross-functional teams and key accounts for effective activation of category vision.
Building effective relationships with Sales, and Key Account Management teams to deliver fully integrated marketing and commercial outcomes.
Leading special projects, trading initiatives, and cross-functional programs to strengthen category leadership and drive commercial impact across priority accounts.
Setting clear and measurable KPIs across marketing, trading, and account performance to track success, optimize execution, and identify growth opportunities.
Leading deep-dive analysis across category performance, including promotional effectiveness and trading levers, and acting as the key contact for dashboards and data within the Beauty team to drive insight-led decision making.
Shaping market-specific strategies to unlock advocacy within the professional community while enhancing distribution, visibility, and performance across key accounts.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
German native level
At least 6 years of solid marketing / sales background.
Strong experience in brand management or key account management.
Ability to engage, motivate, and lead teams effectively.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Creative thinker with effective presentation abilities.
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Diligent, approachable, and supportive demeanour
