About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager to lead our eCommerce Merchandising team—driving excellence across diverse digital channels and markets. It’s a role for someone who thrives at the crossroads of technology, content, and commercial focus.

  • Lead and inspire a team of eCommerce Merchandisers working across Dyson’s core CMS platforms (AEM, Magento, Sitecore) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Provide direction, solve technical challenges, and foster a high-performing, supportive environment.
  • Champion professional growth. Understand each team member’s ambitions and align their development with team goals and Dyson’s vision.
  • Command major global digital projects. Own delivery—localised, multi-lingual content, effective training, and seamless support.
  • Safeguard quality. Keep digital standards high and consistent, ensuring every piece of content is accurate and reviewed before release.
  • Act as senior escalation point for any technical or platform challenge, guiding fast, effective solutions.
  • Report to the Global Digital Delivery & Merchandising Director with clear updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support platform integration and rollout. Help the team partner with global eCommerce, Revenue, and Product teams to validate new CMS features before launch.
  • Ensure robust testing (BVT) and validation so every digital feature is fit for purpose from day one.
  • Drive collaboration—across APAC markets, product owners, designers, commercial teams, and beyond—to raise the bar for digital excellence.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues fast, supporting the business and your team every step of the way.
  • Influence and inspire—building trusted relationships at every level and setting the standard for working together.
  • Relentlessly improve. Find better ways, embed digital transformation, and drive efficiency so our digital teams stay ahead.

About you

You live for digital, have a sharp eye for quality, and know how to motivate teams to go further.

  • Strong eCommerce expertise, with 5+ years on major CMS platforms (AEM, Hybris, Magento, or Sitecore preferred).
  • 2–3 years proven track record leading high-performing teams.
  • Experienced managing and collaborating with offshore colleagues.
  • Skilled motivator and team builder—someone who inspires by example.
  • Able to set priorities, coordinate workstreams, and drive projects forward with resilience and composure.
  • Strategic mindset—curious about digital transformation and how businesses evolve.
  • Confident communicator at all levels, translating tech for non-technical partners with ease.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, and ideally hands-on with Atlassian tools.
  • Genuine team player. Proactive self-starter. Clear, consistent communicator.
