About the Role

We are hiring a Retail Marketing Senior Executive to develop and execute offline retail activations — from in-store events to in- mall campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in execution and enjoys creating engaging customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end event execution, including production, onsite management and post event follow-ups to ensure high-quality customer experience and brand consistency.

Define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for each activation.

Proficiency in budget control, project management, vendor coordination and venue negotiation.

Develop annual retail marketing calendar optimizing key shopping occasions and leverage landlords’ partnership to amplify in-mall visibility.

Oversee the development of tailored marketing guidelines and toolkits for offline channels to ensure brand consistency while allowing for regional adaptation.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in retail marketing, ideally with global multi-channel brands.

Hands-on experience in offline event execution.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively.

Solutions-driven and detail-oriented mindset
