Location: Shanghai

The role delivers end-to-end operational and administration support to the offline sales team. Key responsibilities include distributor rebate settlement, weekly order coordination and DOA return management. It also focuses on strengthening internal controls for brand uniforms and PLV materials, driving cost optimization and ensuring seamless operation of offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distributor Order & Rebate Management

Collect, consolidate and arrange weekly distributor orders, align SKU stock availability with the order team.

track the order payment, status, order fulfillment and delivery timelines. Resolve order-related issues promptly.

Calculate quarterly rebates for distributors, in strict compliance with contractual terms. Verify sales data, submit rebate applications to the finance team for review, and follow up the final payment execution.

2. DOA Return Administration

Compile and track DOA return data on a regular basis.

Liaise with AMAS to confirm return details, SKUs and quantities.

Coordinate with Logistics team for DOA pickup and follow up with AMAS to complete all required formalities.

3. Network Operations Support & Demo Application Management

Support offline store network planning and new store opening preparations.

Assist with channel operational optimization and routine offline business execution

Standardize the application submission and allocation of demo units for distributors.

4. PLV, In-store Materials & Uniform Governance

Centralize demand collection, procurement follow-up, inventory management and outbound allocation of uniforms, PLV & in-store materials for offline stores.

Establish internal controls for material applications and regular inventory checks.

Manage the end-to-end processes for uniforms, including procurement, production, warehousing and delivery lead time management.

5. Cross-functional & Ad-hoc Work

Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, trade marketing and distributors to align plans and resolve issues.

Perform random audits & spot checks on store operations and PS compliance against behavioral standards.

Support ad-hoc projects, analysis and tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• 3-6 years’ experience in retail or sales operations

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, functions)

• Logical, data-driven, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure

• Good written and spoken English for daily work and reports

• Proactive, good communication and cross-team coordination skills
