Support the Global Customer Retention and Loyalty team in transforming the Dyson owner experience. Help bring customers into the Dyson ecosystem and deepen customer engagement through activations and purposeful content across the full ownership journey.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Registration and Database Growth
- Develop and run pilots with markets to test and optimise registration incentives (R2R).
- Map out key customer touchpoints where we need to increase awareness at key customer touchpoints and ensure clear signposting throughout the registration journey.
- Continuously review and optimise the registration and onboarding process to improve conversion.
Plan and support CRM Lifecycle Content
- Collaborate with business units to map, plan, and schedule content at every life stage, from onboarding to upgrade and repurchase.
- Work with Customer Service to identify common owner challenges and develop content that addresses these issues.
- Partner with the Global SFMC operations hub to deploy this content through campaign automations.
- Report, review and optimise performance of these campaign automations.
Creative Development Support for Customer Function
- Provide creative support for the overall Customer function, including Customer Service, Repairs, Aftersales Commercial
- Develop creative briefs based on requirements for Customer function, ensure briefs are submitted and aligned, and that project timelines are managed.
