About the role
As our Supply Chain Project Manager, you’ll lead region-wide and cross-market strategic Supply Chain initiatives, delivering execution precision and support for complex projects across EMEA.
- Lead assigned strategic initiatives from initiation through to implementation
- Design and document end‑to‑end supply chain processes for initiatives—including planning, logistics, warehousing, and order-to-delivery
- Translate project outcomes into standard operating models (SOPs) and process controls
- Ensure clear ownership for all new processes—clarifying who runs, who monitors, and who escalates once initiatives exit hypercare
- Stress-test key scenarios and failure modes such as volume spikes, exceptions, and handoffs
- Support stabilization and embed early-life continuous improvement actions after go‑live
- Develop detailed project documentation—scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, and governance
- Coordinate plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across matrix teams
- Maintain initiative plans, status, and dependencies for the EMEA portfolio
- Prepare governance materials and decision papers for senior forums
- Support market teams with methodology, structure, and best practice—surfacing risks, conflicts, and dependencies
- Track benefits, milestones, spend, and adoption metrics to measure success
- Guide smooth handovers to operations, ensuring outcomes are sustainable
- Capture lessons learned for continuous future improvement
About you
- Proven experience delivering complex supply chain or operational initiatives
- Skilled at working in a matrixed, multi-market environment
- Strong communicator—able to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Structured, clear, and pragmatic in your approach
- Experience in portfolio or program management
- Background in high-growth, innovation-driven companies
- Passion for continuous improvement
