About the role

As our Supply Chain Project Manager, you’ll lead region-wide and cross-market strategic Supply Chain initiatives, delivering execution precision and support for complex projects across EMEA.

• Lead assigned strategic initiatives from initiation through to implementation
• Design and document end‑to‑end supply chain processes for initiatives—including planning, logistics, warehousing, and order-to-delivery
• Translate project outcomes into standard operating models (SOPs) and process controls
• Ensure clear ownership for all new processes—clarifying who runs, who monitors, and who escalates once initiatives exit hypercare
• Stress-test key scenarios and failure modes such as volume spikes, exceptions, and handoffs
• Support stabilization and embed early-life continuous improvement actions after go‑live
• Develop detailed project documentation—scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, and governance
• Coordinate plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across matrix teams
• Maintain initiative plans, status, and dependencies for the EMEA portfolio
• Prepare governance materials and decision papers for senior forums
• Support market teams with methodology, structure, and best practice—surfacing risks, conflicts, and dependencies
• Track benefits, milestones, spend, and adoption metrics to measure success
• Guide smooth handovers to operations, ensuring outcomes are sustainable
• Capture lessons learned for continuous future improvement

About you

• Proven experience delivering complex supply chain or operational initiatives
• Skilled at working in a matrixed, multi-market environment
• Strong communicator—able to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Structured, clear, and pragmatic in your approach
• Experience in portfolio or program management
• Background in high-growth, innovation-driven companies
• Passion for continuous improvement
