Our global in–house marketing agency consists of over 400 specialists, ensuring consistency in brand, advertising, packaging, retail, events and digital across the world. As a graduate, you’ll be right in the mix, working in all areas of creativity and strategy.

Our Product Strategy teams ensure Dyson technology solves the right problems, at the right time in the right segments. Analysing market behaviour and competitor activity, they make sure our technology is relevant and communicated in the best way.
Every Dyson machine and marketing campaign is tested through in–depth customer research. Using focus groups, product seeding and social media feedback, this crucial team has a huge impact on the success of our products.
Digital and social media
Our Digital and SoMe teams are pushing the boundaries of technology to engage and interact in ever more inventive ways. They’re driving sales, building the Dyson fan-base and shaping the future of our research and marketing.
Retail and events
Ensuring our in-store environments do justice to the technology means finding for new, more captivating and hi-tech solutions. Learn from a global team of retail and events specialists as we open our own stores and transform others’ across the world.
PR & communications
Telling the Dyson story requires brand passion and a huge knowledge of Dyson. Our PR and comms team is increasingly ‘going social’ – feeding Dyson stories into people’s every day lives.
New product launch
A Dyson launch is the culmination of years of RDD and marketing strategy. So it requires every marketing function to come together, often on a global scale, to make waves and meet strict deadlines.
Our two-year International Commercial Executive (ICE) programme will give you experience across a huge range of marketing activities. After year one, you’ll be equipped with the skills and Dyson network to head into overseas markets for the second year.
You could be working with engineers to develop key selling points, creating launch campaigns, innovating our retail spaces, monitoring competitors or interrogating ecommerce data. Whatever the assignment, you’ll be taking a strategic lead and ensuring we’re telling the most compelling stories about our machines.
We look for people who are quick to learn and adapt to the pace. People who can get stuck into small tasks, but aren’t afraid of global projects.
We’re extremely open to degree subjects, more importantly you’ll have an enquiring mind and an ability to learn, develop and make your mark. You won’t be content to stand still or go with the status quo. You’ll need a head for data and great communication skills, and some experience of a busy, deadline-driven environment would be great. But it’s not vital – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. It’s all about showing a passion for marketing and the Dyson brand. And being raring to go to any country.
We’ll expect a lot from you. And no day will be the same as the last.

Get immersed in the daily running of a busy marketing department and support the delivery of marketing campaigns. Take real responsibility from day one. You’ll get to see first-hand how complex creative, engineering, commercial and communication teams work together, and learn what it takes to bring innovative products to market. You’ll be contributing in your role within a team but there’ll be a variety of projects to get involved with. Show us what you can do and there may be an offer of a graduate role upon graduation.
You’ll need to be organised yet flexible, as effective working with your own agenda as you are collaborating in a team. Effective at building relationships, ready to challenge your understanding and keen to develop knowledge. Your degree subject is less relevant but a clear articulation as to your understanding of and interest in marketing is critical.
