It gives us a new benchmark for Dyson retail standards - elevating the brand and inspiring new ways to put Dyson technology into people’s homes.
Our Sales teams are the connection between Dyson and the fast-paced world of retail. Living, breathing and demonstrating Dyson technology, they travel across territories to support and motivate our retailers.
Whichever market you join, in one of our sales teams you’ll develop the business acumen and skills to be a commercial leader at Dyson. You could be working with the big retailers to build our joint business plans, with specialist distributors to expand our B2B business, or our Retail team to drive retail across a vital region. So it’s about becoming a true sales expert, learning from high-performing professionals.
We’re looking for agility as much as ability. Those who thrive in target-driven sales environments. Questioning, challenging and engaging with seasoned business people will be vital. So confidence and good communication skills are a must.
We’ll expect a lot from you. And no two days will ever be the same.
You’ll be bright, and able to demonstrate effective influencing skills, resilience and the drive to close a sale. You’ll also need a head for data and excellent communication skills. Ideally we’d like you to have completed a placement within a competitive sales environment – and be able to show leadership ability through an extra-curricular activity.
But we’re extremely open to degree subjects - we can teach you what you need to know. It’s all about showing a passion for sales performance.
