Description

We are currently looking for a Digital Advertising Operations Manager to join the Dyson global media team to drive best practice and for media technology & trafficking partners covering implementation/data/reporting across Programmatic, Display, PPC & Paid Social. You'll be tasked with becoming a respected leader within the business and relied upon for high-level media operations management as well as your expertise's within ad technology, you'll be the go to person for the technical elements of the campaigns. Core main aims of the role?  
  • Build our Ad Ops technology stack, that plugs into all the media stack partners
  • Lead the digital output through innovation
  • Strengthen partner relationships
  • Be the go to person for all things technical and ad operations.

Accountabilities

The role of the Digital Advertising Operations Manager will be to own the delivery and management of the Adaptive Services projects, as well as supporting any Adaptive platforms programmes when/if required. A key part of this role will involve working with senior business stakeholders to define and document the detailed business requirements, scope and pricing and to manage the delivery of the programmes of work from concept to delivery.

Skills

  • Significant experience of working in the advertising / media tech industry
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of programmatic advertising   
  • Ability to communicate and influence, work cross-functionally, with outstanding verbal and presentation skills. Being able to have a vision for the channel whilst welcoming a healthy debate
  • Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast paced environment
  • Influencing skills, exceptional analytical skills capable of drawing actionable insight
  • Experience of working with in house product and engineering teams, in particular being able to influence global road maps and getting work prioritised
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with strong ideas
  • Strong business understanding and orientation and effectively handles multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities
  • Highly detailed with a systematic approach, sense of responsibility and strong, positive customer focus
  • Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint / presentations skills
