Description

This newly created role is designed to unlock the existing brand equity. Currently, 98% of Dyson floor-care owners would recommend Dyson to a friend but the Dyson earned social footprint doesn’t come close to delivering this level of endorsement. 
As the Dyson digital journey continues to evolve we are looking to grow the split of our impression share and become the country's most recommended brand. 

Accountabilities

  • Creating an advocacy program that sees Dyson recommended 365 days a year by our existing owner base 
  • Transform existing programs and infrastructure to facilitate positive dialogue 
  • Own Dyson ANZ social strategy and when appropriate expand their digital footprint 
  • Become the oracle of ANZ owners and perceptive owners thoughts and feelings
  • Work with the direct team and acquisition to create a world class referral program
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to transform current way of working to be digital first 
  • Fulfill other duties and pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.

Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing 
  • Experience creating advocacy programs with tangible results 
  • Proven ability to project manage and drive projects from conception through implementation and to analyse post-campaign results 
  • Solid knowledge of referral marketing tactics 
  • Experience using Web analytics tools specifically Google Analytics
  • Passionate about digital, always looking to learn the most cutting-edge methodologies in web marketing and in e-commerce.
