About us
The Greater China Agile Delivery Lead to sit with Project management & creative team for various digital projects delivery. This role is responsible for leading UX, UI projects in Greater China, with strong Project management sense in different aspect such as scope, schedule, cost, risk management etc. Also strong communication with stakeholders & make sure the project deliverables are on track.
About the role
Work closely with internal & external stakeholders including brief owner, marketer, internal creative professional, production partner etc.
Lead Greater China UX & design projects with creative team in Shanghai & Hong Kong.
Project management within an agile approach project & creative team, work out project planning including scope, cost, time, risk etc.
Allocating tasks, managing resource pipeline, monitoring project status, facilitating, removing blockage for the project team.
Regular update project tracker to make sure all stakeholders has visibility of the project.
Regular planning meeting with wider team inside organisation include Global team & APAC team.
About you
• Experience in Agile delivery, preferably manage large scale UX, UI & design projects involve multiple teams & stakeholders.
• Strong leader & facilitator, excellent communication skills to internal & external stakeholders.
Familiar with Agile methodology as well as waterfall project lifecycle.
Organised, self-motivated, positive, proactive and motivational toward others.
Ability to constantly multi-task, and prioritise own and others work.
Be flexible and able to work on fast pace delivery, change environment & under pressure.
Solid knowledge on China, Hong Kong & Taiwan eCommerce platform such as Tmall / Taobao, JD, Wechat, Douyin, HKTV mall, Momo, Line mall etc.
Excellent command in both verbal & written English as well as Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
