Insights Manager

•Reporting to senior insight manager, as a key team member of Dyson marketing, providing insights and related actionable strategic recommendations. Work closely with FC, EC & PC marketing, digital and sales team. •Oversee and deliver market, brand and consumer insights & data analysis through different projects.


1.Design and carries out insight projects (both quantitative and qualitative) to answer business questions 2.Take in charge of monthly market sales data tracking and analysis as per business needs 3.Summarize and transform research insights into actionable business strategies to drive business growth acceleration 4.Provide holistic understanding of category and consumer behaviour to help explain and predict market performance 5.Support comprehensive internal business reviews, insight training and presentations 6.Contribute to knowledge sharing from local to global teams

•Fluent in Mandarin and English

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related filed

•Data expert, excellent at excel to do data analysis and charting

•Good presentation skill, be able to facilitate workshop would be a plus

•Had a solid minimum 4 years experience in marketing research, advertising and brand strategy, including 1 year at client side

•Familiar and comprehend different research approaches

•Be able to independently lead and work on smaller scale research projects (both quantitative and qualitative)

•Be able to work in an international environment

•Open for business travels (both domestically and internationally)
