Assistant Manager Ecommerce Sales

Understanding and driving Direct E-commerce business model

 •      Understand the operations for a 3rd  Party Online (3PO) business model

•      Assist in streamlining operations and coordinate internally as well as externally to support business continuity

•      Work closely with support functions to drive regular business and manage operations with support of external partners – inventory management / logistics & Supply chain/ marketing

 Assist to support the In-Direct e-commerce business model

 •      Work closely with e-commerce players which are working on indirect model to manage inventory across the product range

•      Plan and co-ordinate with internal supply chain teams to streamline purchase orders and stock management to ensure 100% fill rate and order fulfilment

•      Streamline processes and co-ordinate with external partners to ensure timely deliveries and stock management

Data Analytics and Operations

 •      Campaign management with external e-commerce partners for managing & tracking campaigns and their performance

•      Keep track of the spends across e-commerce channels and data analytics around spends

•      Regular Inventory management across all channels and products range to ensure selection availability – Manage Days of Inventory

•      Sale days planning for inventory and marketing and ensure delivery of assets on time for the campaigns

•      Internal coordination and alignment with marketing, supply chain and finance for business continuity and growth


  1. Responsible for ensuring sales targets are met for each of the 3PO channel partners
  2. Maintain basic hygiene with respect to regional inventory management and price parity across channels
  3. Analyse and Optimize marketing campaigns in each of the channel partners
  4. Streamline Process for Supply Chain/Finance/Marketing

•      Extremely strong with EXECUTION and ability to OWN + DRIVE (with cross-functional stakeholders) - Detail oriented, plan and materials produced must be meticulously executed;



•      Strong ability in project management, prioritize while multitasking a number of high-priority assignments, excellent at cross functional schedule management and strong follow-through;



•      Problem solving, must be able to critically and actively analyse situations, spot issues, and present viable solutions (can-do attitude is a MUST);



•      Intelligent, independent thinker, strong aptitude in analytical thinking, rational, and prompt; strong with data analysis, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint



•      Team player, flexible, patient, and able to work cross-functionally, managing and getting things done with both internal and external stakeholders.




•      Bachelor’s Degree or above;


•      3-5 years’ experience in a sales & operations role in Consumer durables, Electronics, Mobiles etc is preferred


•      Experience of working with brands and multiple stakeholders


 •      Strong analytical and excel skills


 •      Experience in e-commerce may be preferred but not mandatory
