Dyson is looking for a candidate who will be a long term asset to the China organization, and to grow alongside with the business in China. This candidate will contribute to retail business, increase brand awareness and build up strong brand affinity to create new retail marketing activation concept & format.


Data Centralisation and Standardisation• Lead the development (with counterpart in IT) of the China SQL database to consolidate all the different sources of data in Dyson China• Champion the use of a single source of data for all analytical work in Dyson • Work in cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and consistency of the handling of our data input sourcesBI Report establishment and improvement• Lead and standardize sales BI report/dashboard establishment and improvement, accelerate financial decision making and reduce cost and risk to business• Build 3D P&L reports through BI: channel sales report; promote analysis report; overheads report, etc.Data analysis & others• Support monthly business cycle review and month-end closing process, understand business function needs and provide financial and systematic solutions• Sellin, sellout, stock trending analysis and tracking update• Cross functional data collection and comprehensive database establishment, including data sourced from different channels: both internal and external• Maintain master data in China SQL server and Tableau server• BI report training to both internal and external team• Other financial ad-hoc tasks


Skills / Experience Required:• Degree holder in accounting or other related discipline; • Strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-pace work environment ,retail/FMCG industry experience preferred;• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in FP&A with at least 2 years solid finance system, BI system key user experience. BI system launch experience will be a plus.• Cross function communication and solid Excel, SQL, BI software skills.• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking;• Working independently with full ownership of tasks assigned;• Proactive in identifying process efficiency and improvement;


The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package which will include a base salary and annual performance bonus scheme.
