Digital Analyst

The Direct/Digital Team at Dyson Nordics is responsible for all digital touch-points with our end customers and comprises of the direct business (web shop), performance media and e-retail.
Being a part of Nordic Digital team you will be responsible for the analysis of digital data and using your analytical skills to come up with clear, actionable insights that help to drive our business goals. 
You will use your findings to make recommendations in order to optimise users’ onsite experience across all digital platforms. You’ll be instrumental in building Owner Engagement strategy by using the data and insights from it.


  • Proactively monitor our websites and digital media for changes in customer behaviour and communicate these insights clearly within the Digital team and wider business as necessary to drive change.
  • Report on current business results with focus on providing context to multiple stakeholders and assisting in finding solutions and improvements.
  • Investigate specific issues and propose solutions by analysing data from a wide range of sources including digital analytics data.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey on all sites, taking into account external best practices and current and future trends.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning as well as building strategy and product specific plans. 
  • Managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns through digital channels
  • Helping understand and make an action plan to drive brand engagement and loyalty using the most relevant and effective local digital channels in market. 
  • Develop automated lifecycle communications; execute insight-led acquisition strategies.


  • Previous experience in digital analytics and online marketing
  • Experience of working with Google Analytics and/or similar analytics platforms
  • Understanding effects and processes of CRM, email marketing and all major local social platforms.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities based on customer insight and data.
  • An understanding of how analytics can be used to improve user experience and marketing performance.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and advanced excel skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment with the ability to multi-task.
  • An ability to work with stakeholders across multiple markets, global and regional functions.
  • A proactive approach, driving the analysis and insights agenda in Nordic Direct business and bigger Dyson organization.
  • Fluent English and preferably one of Nordic languages.
