About the role
Overview – department:
Introduction to DS channel
Responsible for distributor management, develop distributor network and expand business opportunities according to company strategy
Manage dealers' sell in, sell out and inventory, make dealers' annual business plan, conduct profit analysis, network analysis and market opportunity analysis.
Guide the dealers' business to make continuous and healthy progress.
Be responsible for the location selection of dealers' channels in department stores and shopping mall stores, and optimize the store image
Responsible for the application and monitoring of event, ooh, wechart and other marketing support activities to ensure the maximum use of resources
Responsible for the PSI management of dealers, optimize the internal system of dealers, and achieve the company's assessment indicators
Responsible for the regional market development work, in-depth market dynamics, evaluation of potential customers
Collaborating with internal cross function to also build strong internal relation.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree above;
- More than 5 years working experience in department store and shopping mall
- Very fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent in project management and communications;
- Strong analytical skills to sort through complex data to make clear action suggestions;
- A good team player and leadership
- Adaptable of frequent business trip in China
