About the role
Closely work with cross functional team including CRM team, digital marketing, and marketing team to execute direct online business plan, and ensure accuracy and deliverable quality, including Dyson.cn and Dyson wechat
Coordinate with cross function to ensure Dyson wechat post content, especially in sales big window and content landing page.
Operation and maintenance for Dyson.cn and wechat store, including the setting and tracking for promotion calendar, product stock, customer service.
Cooperate with UX and CRM to improve user experience and journey.
Cooperate with digital marketing on daily paid traffic planning and sales contribution day to day check on the efficiency and keep optimization.
Support channel budget running and campaign ROI. Make sure well investment and always chasing efficiency optimization.
According to NPD/thematic marketing activity/ e-retailers calendar, support on resources readiness and execution.
Support of big promotion window execution including, internal resource integration, in site/out site paid media, content marketing, platform media resource, budget efficiency, and support to achieve target.
Be sensitive on industry trend, competitor movements and related intelligence;
Regular reports compiling
Bachelor degree above;
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3+year plus working experience in brand official website/wechat store operation;
- Very fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent in project management and communications;
- Strong analytical skills to sort through complex data to make clear action suggestions;
- A good team player and leadership
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong business sense
