About the role
Pioneer Dyson online to offline new retail business, keep close communication with online and CRM team, design the process, make the business plan, track the result and keep improving.
Offline PS private domain operation: design the holistic business plan, including but not limited: operation process, incentive designing, KPI setting.
Be responsible for wechat work sales function operation, including PS online wechat store operation, promotion, product and make sure the execution and sales result
Design the PS wechat work process, closely co-work with CRM and training team, be responsible for wechat work TA analysis, grouping and re-targeting.
Set and design wechat work incentive mechanism and target, track and secure achievement.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree above
- Minimum 5 years sales working experience
- Very experienced in wechat work commercial operation
- Good at 0-1 business setting, good cross team player
- Very fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent in project management and communications;
- Strong analytical skills to sort through complex data to make clear action suggestions;
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong business sense
