CRM Data Analyst

About us

This role will be instrumental in driving effective and relevant customer communications, owner engagement activities and marketing by harnessing data to drive actionable insights. You will drive a data-driven operating model across APAC, supporting KPI setting and continuous measurement within the OE and communications projects. You will help source, capture and extract datasets for campaigns and business insights, and support market use of these through education, self-service development and analysis.

About the role

  • Ownership of the APAC Dyson MADE data
  • Develop & Maintain relationships with key source feed and other data owners
  • Support & uphold Group’s operational processes to keep MADE operational and to a

business agreed refreshed status at all times

  • Serve key stakeholders with actionable insights which are relevant and valuable to

their business needs

  • Manage proactive communication with stakeholders about data availability,

development roadmaps and any/all potential downtime

  • Proactively understand stakeholder use cases for data collection and storage to

develop the asset on an ongoing basis

  • Maintain and develop stakeholders’ knowledge around compliant use of data -

especially in relation to new data capture opportunities

  • Manage the balance of data security, data structures and data usability in line with the company’s procedures
  • Proactively demonstrate the value of the asset
  • Build and develop transparent processes to enable non-data users to understand

what data is available, changes in volume & potential uses to meet business needs

  • Proactively work with data users to ensure optimum availability of data for generic

and bespoke uses

About you

You will have an exceptional experience of:

  • Working with both first party customer data, 3rd party, media and social data
  • Understanding of privacy and data protection, ideally in a global or multi-national

business, but specifically in the APAC regions

  • Must have experience working with IT and commercial functions and a working

knowledge of ‘big data’ concepts and associated processes, for marketing


  • Experience in algorthims for data modelling, SQL and working with AWS
  • Must be flexible, pragmatic and an excellent communicator
