Description

Reporting to the Head of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, this role will be instrumental in bringing our customer engagement strategy to the next level and help us understand our clients better. This is a new role within the global team which will be responsible for working with Sales and Marketing teams across multiple markets to build in Pardot, for the first time, email programmes.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for developing and deploying our CRM strategy, using Pardot and our existing Salesforce database, from 1:1 to mass communications
  • Working with Sales and Marketing teams across markets to gather requirements and execute localised email campaigns
  • Develop a high level of marketing automation across our CRM campaigns 
  • Gathering email assets such as imagery and copy to build out email marketing templates
  • Work to optimise our email communications for each segment across the client lifecycle
  • Responsible for performance reporting and insights, from email send to sales 
  • Be the custodian of client data, ensuring all email marketing goes through group 
  • Support the building of customer profiles and audience segmentation

Skills

  • Hands on experience of crafting and launching successful email programmes, preferably within Pardot 
  • Excellent knowledge of data and how it relates to marketing activities across Digital channels
  • Have a data led mindset, with deep evaluation methods that drives improved performance
  • Advanced level excel skills
  • Able to utilise data visualisation tools like Tableau
  • Detail and deadline focused
  • Aware of GDPR guidelines in relation to B2B marketing
