Dyson have an ambitious expansion plan to evolve to a model where 80% of sales are through direct & controlled channels by 2020. This role will be part of the Regional Retail CoE Team (Retail Centre of Excellence), working with all cross functional retail teams across the APAC region and various stakeholders in the markets. The role will rely on the ability to develop outstanding relationships. produce high level quality of work, act as a business partner for the major stakeholders and ensure that Dyson Retail always delivers an exceptional brand experience. They are responsible for graphically supporting our portfolio of retail systems and adapting local models. As well as determining local tactical POS to ensure we maximise Dyson potential especially in the last 10% covering the following scope of work: - Promotions - Campaigns. - Demonstration mechanics - Elevating the roll out of NPD launches by flexing local opportunities. - Support Direct demo store localized campaigns This specific role within the Retail CoE team will work directly both with local markets and 3D design teams and have a strong connection and partnership with the Group Retail C of E Creative Head. The combined retail team consists of a core multi-disciplined group of creatives, marketers and demonstration experts who create and shape in-store displays communication and trade marketing initiatives across the Dyson global markets. You will ensure that our retail solutions deliver the best possible journey, which will enhance the consumer experiences and demonstration. You will work with the store implementation team on sourcing print and physical solutions for delivering the above. Dyson retail concepts are about machine, demonstration and theatre; the product is the hero and experience is typically assisted by the Dyson experts to deliver an elevated in store consumer experience. You are accountable and responsible for the actionable outcomes from creative reviews with C of E and should follow-up accordingly.
