Collaboration Lead

Reporting to the Collaboration Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring our collaboration technologies are supported and adopted. Working alongside our strategic End User Computing Partner you will be responsible for managing delivery of global services related to collaboration technologies, including but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft’s Power Platform and SharePoint (Online and 2013), in line with the needs of the Dyson end user. The Collaboration Global Delivery Lead will manage a team of developers and experts to build and support cost-effective, high performing collaboration solutions for all aspects of the Dyson organisation.


You will be responsible for: 
  • Leading a geographically diverse team to deliver effective service and support for collaboration technologies, with primary focus on Office 365 and SharePoint Online 
  • Managing the collaboration development pipeline 
  • Delivering against targets for customer satisfaction ratings in support and development of collaboration technologies 
  • Applying advanced applications programming concepts to design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate highly complex solutions for functional areas
  • Working on multiple projects concurrently, monitoring activity, progress and time related to project development and performance of resources
  • Driving innovation and competency development in the team in line with the upcoming demand and adoption of the technology by clients 
  • Working with End User Services leadership in planning for delivery of collaboration projects, budgeting and recruitment for the team based on demand


  • You must be an effective communicator and leader who has the ability to conceptualise, plan, document and communicate effectively. 
  • Expertise and experience in communication, workflow and collaboration tools and Enterprise social networking tools
  • Excellent knowledge of the best available tools, software, applications and systems that support collaboration technologies
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and Office 365
  • Working knowledge of common SharePoint and Office 365 development practices and languages
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile project management
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of developers and experts
  • Future focused approach to collaboration technology and a passion for discovering new ways of working
