Commercial Manager, Environmental Care

As a category, our vision is to improve the well-being of millions of Dyson owners each year through better technology. And to become a trusted voice in Air Quality. Working with our commercial, engineering, insights, creative, direct, and OE teams – and in collaboration with Commercial EC teams around the world - the EC Campaign manager will be responsible for the delivery of strategically aligned campaigns for the category.


• Definition, briefing and ownership of cross-channel BAU campaigns • Project specific analysis and reporting of campaign performance. Employing a test, learn, report, adapt approach to content development • Champion of the campaign strategy and ensuring the deliverables align • Working directly with markets to ensure requirements are accurately captured, interrogated and reflected within the scope of the campaign brief • Work with market facing commercial leads and MS global to interrogate and align campaign deliverable to media and financial plans • Taking on board any new insights and data to support the shape of the campaign • Proactively seek out and drive campaign efficiencies where possible • Translation of NPD commercial strategies & propositions into cross-channel campaigns that align to the business objectives.


• +3 years integrated campaign/marketing experience – either agency or client side • Ability to take on complex product propositions and translate into compelling campaign briefs • Understanding of working across a range of markets and market outlooks • Experience of generating data and insights driven strategic briefs • People management • An organised, engaged, creative, commercially astute with the potential to generate and stimulate ideas and opportunities • Strong project management and planning skills • Exceptional team player with credibility and integrity to earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence quickly, who is flexible and willing to go beyond job description • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) • Proven ability to juggle a large workload, set appropriate priorities and ensure that briefs stay on track and time • Understands how to manage change • Able to make time sensitive decisions under pressure
