Description

As Concession Executive you will be responsible for the daily operations of concessions.

As a member of the Dyson Direct Benelux Team, you will report into the Concession Manager, Direct Benelux and work closely together with the Planning & Merchandise Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, as well as cross functional team members in Marketing and Operations.

Accountabilities

  • You make sure the daily operations of our concession business runs smoothly. Daily tasks include price updates, listing new sku’s and stock counts or any other operational matter
  • You keep the online concessions brand pages up-to-date
  • You implement campaigns and align campaigns and merchandising with concession partners
  • You implement NPD launches together with our concession partners
  • You support the stores and the operations team in managing the correct stock levels
  • You support in the execution and communication of the concession marketing planning together with the trade marketing team
  • Close collaboration with the retail team to make sure all activities and initiatives are aligned
  • You deliver the best Dyson experience to our shoppers. You will manage and drive a activation calendar that will bring to life the Dyson experience and will engage interest and involve consumers, and ensure visual merchandising is up to Dyson and Concession partner standards

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in business, economics, marketing, retail or a related discipline
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written in Dutch and English, French would be an advantage
  • Strong team player
  • Strong hands-on operating skills
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Your love for technology and design means you will know each Dyson product inside and out and have an excellent insight into market developments and competing brands
  • You are an enthusiastic champion for the brand and know how to professionally manage the relationship with the Concession partners
  • Relentless focus on the consumer and continuously seek to improve ways to improve the Dyson Direct proposition and testing new propositions
  • Hands-on, dynamic and collaborative personality, looking to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership to find solutions of activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
  • Well organized self-starter with lots of initiative and strong planning skills
