If you’re motivated and have a positive approach, good people skills and want to learn more, we can teach you the rest. If you also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results focused and are excited by the prospect of delivering great customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to build invaluable experience with a global industry leader.

Skills

Should be open to work for 6 days workweek with 1 weekly rostered off (not necessarily sat or Sunday)
• Prior Call Centre/In house contact centre experience• Adept in customer interaction and exception handling • Should have proper typing speed and command on English language• Preferred - Candidates who have handled customer queries and complaints for products• 1-5 yrs of work experience• Able to work in a challenging environment
