In this position, as part of a blended cross-category team, you will be a critical member of the marketing team, in terms of coordinating and shaping our creative, content and experience strategy, in order to delight our owners across all touchpoints
- Drive our Content & Experience Strategy collaborating with Category Leaders
Turn cross-category insights into content / experience platform to support cross categories activities: events, digital content & activation, experiences in own stores…
Establish positive and quality relationships with all Category Leaders and other functional teams (PR, Digital, Retail, Merchandising… )
Animate regular sharing instances (workshops and committees) between relevant teams to ensure all teams are aligned and different needs are respected
Act as central coordinator/liaison as it relates to new content development, collection and management to be fed into our various platforms (social, websites
- Leads Editorial direction and planning
Participate in establishing yearly editorial strategy and calendar.
Participate in defining key messages, tone of voice and visual territory for editorial themes, to ensure global coherency of messages.
Surprise and delight Dyson’s audience with new types of messages and experiences to drive brand awareness and preference
Find new and exciting ways to engage internally about cross-category activities (newsletter, café briefing, internal events…)
- Briefs, follows production and implementation / distribution of content & experience
Prepare rich editorial briefs for Global Creative team/agencies, with clear planning and follow-ups.
Ensure to develop the most qualitative and innovative projects and content to support the editorial themes and planning
Collaborate with Global content owners, technical and legal team to collect approved content before publication
Develop, manage, and execute / amplify content & experience, ensuring compliance to our guidelines and to various publisher requirements (ie : website : size, length, quality) and ensuring content moves swiftly and accurately through the process
Copywrite for content creation (social, website and newsletter tools)
Analyze and report activities performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings to improve strategy
Manage budgets for the creation, development, and execution of campaigns.
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with team effectively to positively influence collaboration, drive results and achieve desired outcomes in a complex environment
Fluent level of English and French (verbal and written)
Experience developing and managing content and experiences at significant scale
Highly-organized, good coordinator / project manager, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently to drive aggressive timelines
A tech culture/well being/domotic with a high degree of FOMO on the latest trends
