Description

As a Producer, reporting into the Americas Production Lead, you’ll be working closely with our creatives to produce video, digital campaigns, imagery, design work and copy for Dyson’s digital and social channels within the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico). You’ll guide content creation projects through from concept through to delivery through detailed scoping, bidding, producing and managing the delivery of the assets.


Accountabilities

  • Own the production process for the Content team – scheduling work, booking resource, organizing film/imagery shoots, overseeing post-production and asset management
  • Take briefs from any area of the business, plan and successfully oversee delivery of digital, film and image brief assets created by the Content team
  • Build relationships with brief owners in Dyson global and local market teams and updating them on work in progress 
  • Learn a thorough working knowledge of all Dyson systems, review processes and production processes 
  • Work with markets to ensure they are following the Group commercial delivery process
  • Ensure that work progresses from ideation through to shooting and post-production to be delivered on time and on budget 
  • Ensure all members of the team are regularly updated on the status of their projects 
  • Has a good eye for detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the briefs coming into the team, are exact 
  • To manage the accounts system, when necessary, raising PO’s for any outsourced or freelance resources
  • Responsible for ensuring that all estimates are presented and approved before work commences 
  • Ensures that any invoices are issued quickly and correctly 
  • Identification of potential suppliers and 3rd parties for specific in market content development, working with the regional Creative Director
  • When needed, acquires necessary approval on production estimates and contracts through marketing stakeholders and legal department
  • Tracks talent usage and rights
  • Organizes completed projects, including uploading to Digital Asset Management systems

Skills

  • 4+ years experience with proven track record of production- ideally within a digital media, creative agency, film, and video production environment 
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital & social platforms and environments 
  • Experience of managing video/imagery production processes including shoots and post-production 
  • Strong organization and communication skills - comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs at any one time, prioritizing tasks and workloads 
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills 
  • Ability to solve problems and keep a level head in a pressured environment where proactivity is essential
