Working as part of the Talent Acquisition Team you would be responsible for coordinating all recruiting activities. This will include arranging large volumes of face-to-face, Skype and telephone interviews for candidates with high quality and accuracy. You will additionally manage the offer letter and on-boarding process for all new hires. This would involve you communicating with hiring managers across the business and liaising with a number of departments within the business and dealing with 3rd party to make sure all checks are complete on new starters.


  • Arrange large volumes of face-to-face, Skype and telephone interviews for candidates – some of which can be complex
  • Responding to Hiring Manager’s recruitment queries face to face or on email
  • Producing and sending all contracts and offer paperwork for new starters
  • Monitoring and responding to generic emails that come through for the wider recruitment teams
  • Liaise with and update recruitment agencies on current vacancies
  • Assisting Talent Development team with the Induction Program for new employees
  • Liaising with HR Admin to ensure new starters set up on People and payroll correctly
  • Liaising with 3rd party referencing agency to ensure all pre-screen checks are done within SLA
  • Liaising with Procurement regarding new suppliers/consultants
  • Intermediate level at excel to be used for reporting
  • Ability to learn to use different reporting suites
  • Manipulation of large volumes of data
  • Keep recruitment trackers up to date and produce reports as required


  • Experience working within a recruitment, administrative, or customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel is required
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the company
